High Flow Filter Housings
High flow filter housings are designed for applications where conventional cartridge housings cannot provide the required flow capacity, footprint, or operating efficiency. Combining multiple high-capacity filter cartridges within a single housing, these systems provide an effective solution for high-volume liquid filtration across industrial, municipal, water-treatment, food and beverage, chemical, and other demanding processes.
The high-flow concept can significantly reduce the number of individual cartridges and sealing points required compared with conventional arrangements. This can reduce the risk of bypass through individual cartridge seals and help minimize maintenance requirements.
Key Benefits
High Flow Capacity — Designed to handle high-volume liquid filtration, with high-flow cartridges capable of flow rates up to 800 L/min per cartridge under specific conditions.
Reduced Cartridge Count — High-flow cartridges can replace multiple conventional cartridges, reducing the number of elements, seals, and maintenance points required.
Compact Footprint — Higher filtration capacity per cartridge helps reduce housing size and overall system footprint compared with conventional multi-cartridge systems.
Simplified Maintenance — Fewer cartridges and sealing points can make cartridge replacement quicker, easier, and less labor-intensive.
Flexible Capacity — Multiple housings can be installed in parallel, allowing filtration capacity to be expanded or adjusted as process requirements change.
Multiple Housing Materials — Available in 304, 316L stainless steel or non-metallic fiberglass configurations to suit different operating environments.
Wide Application Range — Suitable for water treatment, desalination, industrial processing, food and beverage, chemical, oil and gas, and other high-flow applications.

Quality & Compliance
All high-flow cartridge housings are engineered and fabricated in accordance with applicable pressure-vessel and international compliance requirements, with qualified designs available to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and CE/PED requirements. ASME U-stamped vessels are manufactured under an authorized quality program with required design calculations, material traceability, welding procedures, inspections, and pressure testing, while CE-marked vessels are designed and assessed to applicable Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU requirements.
