Eaton 53BTX Duplex Strainers
A duplex basket strainer is a heavy-duty filtration device designed to remove unwanted solid particles from liquid process streams while allowing the system to remain in operation during routine basket maintenance. Its two-basket configuration allows one filtration chamber to remain in service while the second basket is isolated, removed, cleaned, and returned to service.
The design is particularly well suited to systems where flow cannot be interrupted for routine basket maintenance, including cooling-water systems, heat exchangers, wastewater systems, boiler feedwater, lubrication systems, and other continuous-flow applications.

Dimensional and construction requirements are controlled to published specifications, with available configurations incorporating ANSI Class 125/150 or DIN flanged connections, and threaded connections; applicable certifications, including ABS Type Approval and project-specific material documentation, are available where required.
